Annie, originally fom Clare in South Australia, brings over 30 years of private practice experience to her work and her genuine passion for helping people shines through in every consultation.

With postgraduate studies in musculoskeletal therapy and a special focus on pain management, Annie combines advanced clinical skills with a warm, personal approach.

Her lifelong love of horse riding, training, and teaching has evolved into a deep expertise in rider biomechanics and she applies these same movement principles to help people of all ages improve mobility, strength, and quality of life.

As a parent, Annie has gained unique insights into resilience, recovery, and the importance of movement at every stage of life.

She offers a wide range of treatment options, including acupuncture, laser therapy, red and infrared light therapy, manual therapy, and tailored education. Each plan includes movement strategies designed to support recovery and prevent re-injury.
